Dream researchers, J. Roberts and R. Butts reveal that dreams alter the chemical balances within the body. The same can be said about our thoughts. Every thought we have creates a chain reaction or vibratory experience within the physical body. It is important to uncover subconscious thoughts because they directly affect our vibratory field of energy.
First, we have a thought, and then we have an emotion produced by the thought. If we feel anxious, we may not even be aware that a fearful thought ‘preceded’ the emotion. When we feel happy it is because our subconscious thoughts are of full of well being, joy, anticipation or good memories. The subconscious mind is in charge of our emotions, which explains why we feel a certain way without knowing why.
When uncovering our subconscious thoughts the idea is to become conscious of what thoughts we had that preceded our feelings. This process is key for us to understand the power of our thoughts which in turn leads to controlling our thoughts. It is by getting our thoughts under this control that enables us to create the mental energy of the life we want.
Furthermore, subconscious assistance is always available to us if we ask. Simply by thinking about our higher self, even for a moment elevates us and puts us in communion with our subconscious. The higher self can directly communicate with the lower self, bypassing the ego, especially if the health of the body is at risk. There are numerous accounts where an individual takes action without any conscious thought or reason. There are instances of people changing directions, sleeping in late or turning back to pick up a forgotten object, only to discover later than they had avoided an accident or maybe just a traffic jam. Our subconscious never sleeps, literally.
